Summary
An annual integrity inspection on the Enchilada platform revealed a gas leak when an inspector lifted blanket-gas pipework from an I-beam. The investigation attributed the pinhole to corrosion at the support. A personal monitor detected gas, but the facility system did not; shutdown and muster were initiated manually. No injuries or pollution occurred.
