Summary
Investigation of a subsea condensate leak from Sea Robin pipeline segment 3334 near South Marsh Island Block 27. Diver inspection, ultrasonic testing and cathodic protection readings found no evidence of corrosion or third-party damage. An isolated pit or manufacturing defect was suspected; the final estimated release was 0.7 barrels.
