BSEE investigates synthetic oil-based drilling mud loss from the Rowan Reliance marine riser. Inspection identified a missing Seal Sub at the first riser joint connection. The report examines torque settings, ROV observations and possible procedural, handover and organisational contributors, records noncompliance findings, and recommends a concurrent SEMS audit.
